Okay, thanks. I needed to be able to explain this to a customer. So if a username/password is compromised, and the domain admin contact info and password is changed, the customer can reclaim the domain through normal dispute process with OpenSRS? Assuming OpenSRS doesn't "unlock" the domain after receiving a request via email from the new admin contact ;-) ??? I guess I'm still a little fuzzy on this.. Ken Anderson Pacific.Net
