I'm not even sure if thats a bug. I haven't see it. But if it does that, then it must be because the form does not have a valid action="verify_order" and so it kicks you back to the main page. If you read the code, it reads that if the action isn't defined or specified inside the allowed action hash keys, then it go back to the main_menu display.
