This is great!  

There are a couple of perl extensions in related projects from the above 
link as well as a similar multilingual project in Europe.  There are many
.[com|net|org] names registered that are not in English.  Might want to
let folks choose a language and maybe even a simple literal translator from
language to language.

A great tool.  Just out of curiosity, what are your plans if the root
word isn't a word?

This project is sounding more interesting all the time.  Has it been decided
that the project will be done in perl?
