There is no such thing as a misspelled domain in the eyes of the registry.
exemple.com and example.com are two different domain names.  Even though
you client may see exemple.com as just being a misspelling of example.com,
the registry doesn't see it that way and the registrant has no recourse to
"change" to the different spelling without registering a brand new domain
consisting of a different letter combination.

If a registrant changes their mind and decides they don't want the domain
name, well they are out of luck.  They should be well aware ahead of time
that domain registration is not refundable.
