Yes, but does it have to be parsable by WHOIS? Earlier, I commented that Registrar "A" needed a way to get the administrator's E-Mail from Registrar "B" -- and since that is the only piece of information they really need, that should be part of RRP or an RRP-analog.
So, if we remove that one requirement from WHOIS, what other legitimate uses are there?
