Well, while XML is case sensitive, attributes are considered to be part 
of the API, so this depends on how OpenSRS handles this. However, I use 
both "sw_register" and "domain" lowercased (and I think it is the 
default). It works for me. I think you should try this, and if it still 
fails, switch on XML logging and post the output to dev-list.
