Everything you have mentioned below, i.e. the pager, reseller API, WHOIS and backend are currently up and running. I do not see it as being down.

The emergency pager at: http://www.opensrs.org/.emerg/ does not work, so no one will be able to reach the admin to alert them. Whois to opensrs is also down. So if anyone knows how to reach emergency support over at Tucows to alert them, please do so.
