The client is free software - you get what you pay for. I'd like to see them get out of the software business and thoroughly document and test the API. Then the marketplace can and will supply a number of clients, PERL, PHP and we are working on DOTNET. We can't jump on every new client and redo all our customizations, and fix new bugs... We're even processing TPP stuff via the RWI until our client is ready.
If the API was an XML WEB SERVICE, it would be self documenting via WSDL (Web Services Description Language)which is an XML description of the methods and properties of the interface. New products mean new revenue, fixing client software bugs is a cost...
