I just had to make some hard decisions about hiring external programmers to move the business forward but I know its the best thing for the business as there is only so much I can do on my limited programming knowledge. On the issue of the API its quite easy to strip apart the register.cgi script and create a system which will accept name valuye pairs sent to the script across and https connection.
