You can use the ClosedSRS DLL a couple of different ways.  The obvious way is to let 
it build the XML, but it also exposes the transport stuff, including encryption, so 
you can use that.

Aside from that, as I remember, there are also some good clues including how he got 
the encryption to work.

There is at least one other document that tells what someone else did to get the 
encryption working under Win32.
