I don't think we have any reason to implement these specifications. So
our primary interest is ensuring that this spec does not cause cause
incompatibilities with HTML as found on the internet today, and that it
does not complicate implementations of the core HTML5 spec for user
agents that choose not to implement RDFa. Other than perhaps making
these notes, I think this is a decision we could easily abstain from.
