OK, I abstained from the review with a comment taken from what
Benjamin wrote above:

  We expect that we will not implement these specifications.  But we
  don't mind this work happening as long as it does not cause
  incompatibilities with HTML as found on the internet today, and
  does not complicate implementations of the core HTML5 spec for
  user agents that choose not to implement RDFa.
