Just for data, when khuey just reduced the number of includes in bindings code, that did in fact affect build times. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=887533#c8 has some numbers, but the upshot is that rebuilding every single binding .cpp (equivalent of a clobber build) went from about 5 minutes to about 3 minutes.
