The W3C is proposing a revised charter for: Second Screen Presentation Working Group http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-new-work/2014Jul/0001.html http://www.w3.org/2014/secondscreen/charter-draft.html deadline for comments: September 12 (this Friday!)
Mozilla has the opportunity to send comments or objections through this Friday. This working group is being formed out of a community group; see http://www.w3.org/community/webscreens/ . A number of Mozillians are participating in that group already, and I've gotten some positive feedback from them on the charter. The only comment I intend to make so far is that the charter should be clearer that the group should make decisions in a way that allows asynchronous participation. Please reply to this thread if you think there's something else we should say. -David -- 𝄞 L.
