There's a proposal to decommission gitmirror.m.o. in
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=910040
... in favor of git.m.o for major projects. I've made the case there
that instead, we should keep it as an automated index of "tier-2" GitHub
repos and cc'ed Ehsan and Ralph on it, for initiating this discussion
and issuing the first pull request to the old updater script respectively.
