I have reviewed the revised charter and list of deliverables. The work appears to be proceeding reasonably (pragmatically, with many members/implementers including Apple, Google, and Microsoft) and reasonably scoped. There is mention of a Community Group, but no link to a CG in particular. Perhaps they mean https://www.w3.org/community/audio-dev/ ?
Additional positive: this revised charter switches to the newer W3C Software and Document license for all its deliverables which is our preference among W3C licenses. Support revised charter, with requested changes: * Hyperlink the phrase "Community Group" in the charter to the specific Community Group they mean, and perhaps title the hyperlink more specifically as well. * List the Community Group explicitly in the coordination section http://www.w3.org/2011/audio/charter/audio-2016.html#coordination and describe the relationship between the WG and the CG. I don't know of our current implementation plans on this WG's deliverables, however there are many "Intent" threads on dev-platform regarding "Web Audio" or "Web MIDI" so we're clearly engaged at at least some level in terms of implementation.
