You could then use rr, and better tools we're building based on rr, to catch some subset of those failures and resolve them. But given that information doesn't exist for all the tests disabled so far (many tests over many years), it hardly seems worth starting now. Hopefully it can be deduced by looking up bug metadata associated with commits that disabled tests.
