You can use message filters for both.
Rule 1:
[From] [Isn't in my addres book] [Personal Address Book]
[Delete Message]

Rule 2:
[To or cc] [contains] ,
[Delete Message]

(I'm not entirely certain if that second rule would work; test it
extensively before relying on it.)


Personally I would never run with rules that strict. If one of the
people you email with gets a new email address, or if they add one of
their alternative email addresses as a recipient for archival purposes,
you have absolutely no idea that you missed the email.
But... your choice.
