What "this" are you trying to accomplish? Some of the functionality of "dependent" can be gotten in other ways. This was a Netscape/Mozilla-only feature, your internal application only has Firefox users? You really don't want to use UniversalBrowserWrite, trust me. You will have to encapsulate your entire page in a signed zip archive and then annoy all your users with scary permission dialogs that might be training them to OK dangerous stuff on the wild and open external net. We want to remove Universal* functionality in future Firefox releases.
