LOL... what happens when a CA puts up a signed document? Well, you can't
trust it because the CA isn't yet in the root list.
Interestingly in my reader there was only one CA, that of Adobe. Maybe
they cross-sign others to make them trusted, not sure. But it's rather
easy to add other CA certificates under Document -> Manage Trusted
Identities -> Certificates.
