Go to <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email> and add [email protected] , [email protected], and [email protected] to "User Watching" (these are bogus users who are assigned as QA contacts to bugs). Yes, not exactly intuitive -- I remember someone showed me this too few years ago, I didn't worked it out on my own :-)
You can also make a suitable Bugzilla search for new bugs in Rhino project, and get a RSS feed URL for it.

I looked around through preferences but I think that it'll take changing the default assignee for the Rhino categories, which I don't have the powers to do. --Norris
