the constraints. I'm actually surprised that this made into the
standards.
I'm not. This is just life if you want to do constraint-based layout
and allow random people who don't know what they're doing to set the
constraints. Not a standards problem.
In the meantime, I tried to write down a simplified version of the
algorithm to a) handle the width of an hbox (and by analogy a vbox)
and b) allow for percentages. Could you tell me what do you think
about it?
No idea; I've never looked into the flexbox stuff in much detail....
