I am debugging Block/Box layouting (bug
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=625694) and couldn't figure
how a block does know what it's default size is (especially the 100% width).
In Reflow (e.g. nsBlockFrame::Reflow) it seems to be too late -
nsHTMLReflowState already knows how big the element will be...
Is this some a default style (like ua.css)?
Or where does it come from?
