cache developers:

The tweak Geoff did to tp4m here

    https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=661900#c31

strikes me as the closest thing I've seen to a very quick way to modify
our existing tests in a way that actually captures cache perf in a
vaguely realistic way (i.e one that's likely to catch perf
improvements/regressions). I think we should consider adding some sort
of tp-cache run (with a reduced cache size that's smaller than the tp run).

Perhaps there are better ways, but we've been without any automated way
to catch cache perf regressions for a long time.
