    I am not sure exactly why but without it findbugs will flag a bunch of 
classes in master with this bug:
    [INFO] Class org.apache.accumulo.master.tableOps.BulkImport defines 
non-transient non-serializable instance field tableId 
[org.apache.accumulo.master.tableOps.BulkImport] In BulkImport.java SE_BAD_FIELD
    
    It seems like everything in tableOps with a tableId requires it (I guess 
because of FATE operations?)
