I was confused initially by the subject of this thread "+0", but now I wonder... was this thread an attempt to respond to the [VOTE] thread with a "+0" vote? If so, it does not appear that it worked... either because the subject had changed, or because the mailing list itself (or possibly your email client) messed with the mail headers for threading.
