javadocs / add the release to reporter.a.o / any other little thing
I'm forgetting right now.

I think others are still working on the release notes, which I should
look over as well. After the release notes are wrapped up and the
staging site is updated, we can probably publish the website and do
the announcement on Friday, at the latest.
