Hi Bhupi,
there shouldn't be any difference between tomcat-embedded and standalone
brokers. Are you sure the patch is applied correctly? You can try switching
properties of user and password fields to see if the issue is still there.
Also, if your broker is secured (and not jmx), you should use
-Dwebconsole.jms.user=system -Dwebconsole.jms.password=manager
properties.
