Why other Apache projects are using dlcdn directly then ? Honestly, it's not clear, and we have two different inputs (I have been asked by Sebb on several projects to use directly dlcdn).
Let me double check again as it would mean that a lot of Apache projects should use closer.lua instead of dlcdn.
