Hello Yajna,

I think this is a very valid point - we have no place whatsoever to ask
"newbie questions" - and where people who are new are not intimidated.

Or rather we did not have; I just added a #newbie-questions channel in our
slack and I hope that will encourage people to ask even basic questions
there :).  I will do some advertisements for that channel now  - to get
more people to answer questions there.
