Before Vikram sends minutes of the meeting - just so everyone is aware of one thing I started to put in practice so that there are no surprises about what it means.
We confirmed that the *milestones == releases* (we have been following it for quite some time) and we agreed that "*priority:critical*" label is for those issues assigned to the milestone that MUST be fixed before the release happens. I started to mark some of the issues with the label and I encourage everyone who assigns an issue to a milestone to do the same. We aim for all non-critical issues to be in as well, but they are not "hard" prerequisites. That's something that we agreed is good to use and immediately helpful. J.
