Re: Providers.

At the call I'd love to get the feedback on the way the new automated parts
of "providers 2.0" page. Example for google provider here:

Some discussion started by Kamil here:
https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/13767#discussion_r560629925 and it
touches those points:

* what should be in the PyPI README
* what should be in the Provider's index page (i.e. the proposal at
http://gabby-cough.surge.sh/)
* whether we should keep together or separate out detailed commit
changes (or is it at all needed in the user documentation ?)
* do we also want to standardise the structure/content of the "manual" part
of per provider documentation

Maybe a long subject to discuss, but I would love to get  some "acceptable
version first so that we can quickly release the second wave of providers.
Also maybe this time we could again release all of them (most in 1.0.1
version) to get them consistently released and documented.
