Someone has found a workaround
(<https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/20023>) which means we should
be back in action -- you will likely have to rebase any open PRs if
they aren't running the tests until (if?!) GitHub revert this change,
otherwise they won't run the tests, and won't even show up as failed
actions (watch out mergers!)
