Just a comment on that - from earlier discussion with Mateusz, I believe the idea is to implement improvements in how to run the tests and get implementation for Google Cloud Platform (and give sponsored credits from Google to run it all on Google Credits. So this is just "google-specific" part of the AIP but it could be followed by Amazon, Azure and others.
In this sense this looks like a "sub-AIP" for the AIP-4 - very similarly as we have sub-aips for AIP-1 "improve airflow security". Simply AIP-4 is a bit "generic" and this one makes it rather "concrete". J.
