Even if I am the author of the simple heuristics I found those a bit
of a weird choice :). None of those PR really stands out to me as
something "cool" (well they are all cool, but not "REALLY COOL"). And
I am pretty sure there were some REALLY cool ones.

Ross - you mentioned you wanted to work on it, maybe you can take a
look and come up with a better heuristics (BTW. We still have some
days to the end of the month so maybe we can re-run the script closer
to the end of the month :)?
