-1 (non-binding) for the Databricks provider. We would need to also include PR https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/38962 for the included PRs in the RC to work well. Also added a https://github.com/apache/airflow/issues/38997#issuecomment-2053904837 on the status issue.
