Hi,

I guess there was a mistake in the email body. I see Databricks provider
as NOT excluded and is also released
https://pypi.org/project/apache-airflow-providers-databricks/6.4.0/

I don't remember there was an issue raised necessitating *exclusion* of
*Databricks* provider and believe it must be just a typo in the email
message.
Can we please confirm?
