I just upgraded from 2.11 to 3.0.6 and can confirm this is broken. I accidentally deployed the example DAGs, I have since cleaned them up along with test DAGs I made while customizing my instance, but they are all included in the dashboard stats. I love the idea of showing these stats! But I expect it to show only DAGs still in the system, i.e., if a DAG is deleted, it no longer shows up in these counts. I would also expect it to show only _active_ DAGs, as if an inactive DAG is failing that doesn't worry me the same way.
