We also met similar issue in our production environment. We have 10,000+ dags, and the total dag processing time is 1~2 hours. Our workaround is to set dag_stale_not_seen_duration to a very large number, like 7200. The issue (DAG disappearing and reappearing) is really confusing for our users, even though most of the DAGs are not changed for a long time. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
