Note that it would make for voters much easier is a list of
PRs/candidates with tiles is attached to the email, because it is not
easy to locate PRs otherwise with a simple filter (at least none that I
know of). Also criterias to vote and criterias for PRs under vote would
be great. Also next round a longer voting period would be needed as this
was even <24h
