FYI In case others will notice (thanks to our revived staged docs)  - I
also noticed a small "doc-only" issue -> in Fab and Jira providers the
index documentation contains wrong versions (this was because of a bug when
refreshing and rebasing PRs) - I fixed it  (including root cause) in
https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/59261, but I will fix it simply by
applying the commit from the PR while generating the "prod" documentation
(this is really cool feature we have in our doc publishing workflow that
allows us to fix such issue by dynamically patching released docs with
later commits when building it).
