#53821 for me: Fix the write-to-es feature.

It was a very hard choice; we have a lot of interesting changes making
Airflow 3 even more robust and close a lot of small gaps we still have.

But I think anything that makes logging more robust is a big plus. This is
an important deployment property for Airflow observability: users need to
see the logs where they usually work. Remote logging is the area that still
requires more fixes for other remote task handlers, so it would be great to
have more of those.
