The skill's outputs should be treated as a slop until proven otherwise. So
far I've generated 4 rules and a refactoring PR. My plan is to first get
the rules merged, then incorporate any feedback I get on the PR and the
skill itself, into the skill, and only then I might consider it ready to
ship.
