In PR https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/63450 a Russian UI
Translation was added. I was reminded that I forgot to announce this to
devlist prior merge as of our I18N policy in
https://github.com/boschglobal/airflow/blob/main/airflow-core/src/airflow/ui/public/i18n/README.md#62-approval-of-a-new-locale
I am sorry for this and it was not the intend to miss this.
But besides this I am happy that we have now one of the major languages
on the globe added! Thanks @puzzle-rpa-team and @renat-sagut for
contribution and review! Both also opted-in to be future engaged translator.
While I do not know @puzzle-rpa-team I can tell that @renat-sagut is a
peer from my business/work.
