For #64968 this is not only a critical bug fix but also a performance
critical improvment because w/o filtering dag_id also the DB index might
not be used.
But besides this I most liked (from the extended list) the 13th
candidate: I give my VOTE this month to #64829 as this is a cool
innovative improvement getting log levels out of containers!
