Want to exclude
https://pypi.org/project/apache-airflow-providers-apache-spark/6.1.0rc1/
out of this wave.

This is mainly because this change is effectively a no-op: #67118 without
Airflow 3.3+.

And also there is a follow up PR coming in: #68009 that is changing the
interface spark is consuming,
so it's worthwhile to not release that change to avoid having backcompat
concerns
