On Ubuntu, when attempting to perform automated host registration via SSH, and
if your target hosts are set with umask 027, the registration fails with an
error.

scp: /var/lib/ambari-agent/data/tmp: Permission denied

A workaround is to use manual agent registration, not automated registration
via SSH.
