If Ambari is setup not to manage users (via ignore_users_create or via
host_preped). We saw a bunch of cases with QE where not understandable errors
poped up. The reason for that was because qe didn't configuration their ldap
accounts correctly.
However we had to debug the code to see that. It would be a lot better if
Ambari gave an understandable error message when no user or group have been
found.
