Right now the newly created functional tests are in ambari-server project under
src/test/java/org/apache/ambari/server/functionaltests.
However, they need to be configured to run when required. To do this, it is
better that they reside under a separate project. This also allows us to keep
the functional tests separate from the unit tests.
