STR:
1) Install and deploy cluster with older HDP
2) Make Rolling upgrade for new HDP with Skip all Service Check failures option
3) Broke some service check
4) Wait for service checks step
Result: service check failed and skipped, but green mark is present
Expected: skipped failure icon near service check
